What delivery methods do you offer?

We ship all orders with reliable carriers such as La Poste, DHL Express, and Colissimo, depending on the destination. Every shipment comes with a tracking number that you will receive by email.

What are your shipping and delivery times?

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. However, please allow 1 to 2 business days for shipping.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the countries served by each carrier.

Europe Delivery:
Delivery time 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

International Delivery:
Delivery time 5 to 10 business days after shipping.

How can I track my order?

After your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Simply click on the link provided to track your order.

Customs duties and taxes

For shipments within Europe, there are generally no customs duties or additional taxes. In rare cases, some countries may apply local fees upon arrival. For international deliveries (outside Europe), customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. Orders are mainly shipped from Switzerland.

These potential charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities. We recommend that you check your country's regulations before ordering. ETC SWIM is not responsible for these charges or for any delays related to customs procedures.

Can I change my order or address?

Each order is prepared as soon as it is validated. If you wish to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. However, this cannot be guaranteed, as orders are processed quickly.

My order is taking longer than expected, what should I do?

Delays may sometimes occur independently of ETC SWIM's will, and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for them.
