Is it easy to return items?

To avoid any sizing errors, please consult our size guide when placing your order to avoid additional costs related to parcel returns and customs duties.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for all international orders, provided that the items are in their original condition.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I return an item?

To make a return, please contact returns@etcswim.com with your order number. Please state the desired size for an exchange or the reasons for your return (including photos in case of a quality defect).

We will then provide you with the information and address to send your package back. Please keep proof of shipment or a tracking number.

Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

When will I be refunded?

Once we have received your return and the return conditions have been met, we will refund the amount of the returned items, excluding initial delivery costs. Original delivery costs are non-refundable.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item.

Once your returned items are received, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your card.

How to make an exchange?

To make an exchange, please contact returns@etcswim.com with your order number so that we can provide you with the necessary information.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Which items are eligible or not eligible for an exchange?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be full-price, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition (with no signs of use such as odor, makeup, etc.), with their tags and original packaging.

The package must include a copy of the return confirmation.

Sale items or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse any non-compliant return.

What should I do if I have a problem with my items?

We're confident you'll love your items. However, if there's a quality issue or a defect, we'll quickly resolve it. Please contact our customer service team.

Items considered defective must be returned via our standard returns procedure for inspection by our quality control team.

What happens if my return is refused?

Any item received not in its original condition, in its packaging with the hygiene seal intact and tags attached, or showing any stains/marks, will be immediately returned to you from our returns warehouse.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot issue a refund or credit note for these items.
