What is our returns policy?

To avoid sizing errors, consult our Size Guide when placing an order and prevent additional charges for return parcel shipping and customs duties.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on all international orders in their original condition. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you. Sale Items are not eligible for a return and non-refundable. Exceptions can be made for sizing during the website lauching time.

Return shipping is at customer expense. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.

Is it easy to return items?

Super easy - please contact returns@etcswim.com indicating your order number. Share your desired size exchange or reasons for return (including photos in the case of a quality defect). You’ll then follow the prompts to return eligible items for a refund.

How do I return?

We will then give you details and address to send your package. Please keep a proof of delivery or tracking number. 

Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

The return courier is your choice. We recommend you choose a courier with tracking services to stay updated with the shipment information back to our warehouses. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.

Can I return sale items?

All items marked as final sale, or with a Discount Code have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for an exchange to store credit. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact our Customer Care team and review our size chart before placing your order. Exceptions can be made for sizing during the website lauching time.

When will I be refunded?

Once we receive your return and the return condition requirements are met, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item excluding the original shipping costs. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. 

Once we have received your returned items, please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to return to your card.

How do I exchange?

What items are exchangeable?

Items within 14 days of their arrival date.

Full priced items in new condition. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and kept in their original packaging. All tags and hygienic seals must be attached as purchased to avail for the refund. Please note make up marks or any marks and smoke/perfume/deodorant smell will be considered as worn items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not match our return conditions mentioned.

What items are non-exchangeable?

Items on sale, giveaway, free gifts or promotional items.

Items that are worn, damaged, washed. Items must have their original packaging. All tags and hygienic seals must be attached as purchased to avail for the refund. Please note make up marks or any marks and smoke/perfume/deodorant smell will be considered as worn items.

I am in Bali and want to do a return. How can I do?

Shipping in Bali is free and we do provide returns. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a return.

In case of a return, return shipping costs will be offered.

In case of an exchange for a different size or style, we offer free pick up and return with a total discretion via Grab, Gojek or Maxim once you have placed a new order for the desired size or style.

Please note this procedure is only applicable for a one time only exchange where we offer a free delivery and pick up fee. If you wish to process a second exchange, fees are your responsability regarding the second returned item. 

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.

What to do if I experience issues with my items?

We are confident you’ll love your pieces however if there are any issues with quality or a fault we will resolve this quickly. Please contact our Customer Care team. Items suspected of being faulty must be returned via our normal returns process, for inspection by our quality control team.

What happens if my return is rejected by our returns team?

Any items received that are not in original condition, in packaging with panty liner in tact and tags attached or have stains/soiling will be immediately shipped back to you from our returns warehouse. We are unable to issue a refund or store credits on these items for sanitary reasons.
